WHO WE ARE
CONNECT. GROW. SERVE. SHARE.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to be a distinctly apostolic, multicultural and multigenerational church that passionately loves God and loves people.
OUR PURPOSE
Our purpose has four elements: Connect, Grow, Serve and Share.
We strive to accomplish our vision through our purpose. Our purpose statement describes what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ.
CONNECT
We CONNECT by attending Sunday Celebration Services each week. Each week we worship together and hear the Word of God together.
GROW
We GROW by joining a Small Group and attending each week. At Small Groups we focus on evangelism, building community, and multiplication.
SERVE
We SERVE by joining a Dream Team ministry and serving our church and guests each Sunday.
SHARE
We SHARE by joining inviting others to CONNECT and GROW. We make it a priority to bring our friends to church and Small Group.
what we believe
god
We believe that there is only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4) who is the ever-living, eternal God: infinite in power, holy in nature, attributes and purpose; and possessing absolute, indivisible deity. This one true God has revealed Himself to humanity as Father (Creator), as the Son in redemption (Savior), and as the Holy Spirit dwelling within us (1 Corinthians 8:6; Ephesians 4:6; 2 Corinthians 5:19; Joel 2:28).
the bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, a divine revelation from God to man. We accept the Scriptures as the final authority in all matters of faith and conduct (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
salvation
We believe that salvation is only found in Jesus Christ and is appropriated to humanity by God’s grace through the New Testament new-birth experience (Acts 4:12; Ephesians 2:8; John 3:3-7).
We believe that the new-birth experience is comprised of repentance, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, and the infilling of the Holy Spirit. This is the New Testament pattern for all believers to follow as a result of their faith in Christ (Acts 2:38; Acts 10:44- 48; Acts 19:5-6).
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. Through baptism we identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ (Romans 6:3-6; Colossians 2:11-14; Acts 2:38).
We believe that when a person receives the baptism of the Holy Spirit, that person will speak with other tongues under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:4; Acts 19:6; Isaiah 28:11).
the church
We believe the Church has been “called out” of the world to be a habitation of God through the Spirit (Ephesians 2:19-22).
We believe, as the “called out ones”, that believers are called to live a holy, pure life before God and all humanity (2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1; Hebrews 12:14).
We believe the church is one body made up of many members, diverse in their gifts and calling of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:12-18).
We believe that God’s power is active in the church and that healings, signs, and miracles are available to God’s people through faith in Jesus Christ (Hebrews 13:8; 1 Corinthians 2:4; 1 Peter 2:24).
the second coming of christ
We believe that Jesus Christ will return to the earth to catch the church away (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17), and shall, after a short time, return to set up His kingdom on earth (Revelation 19:11-16; Matthew 24:29-31).
